The world and society are developing, producing new information. The information includes the issues from the different spheres of a life and fields. A person is to cover as much knowledge as it is possible for a short time interval.

Nowadays it is common to think that a computer supplants the books from an everyday life. But the thought that a computer and a book are on the different levels at the moment is incorrect. Actually a book smoothly flows in the internet.

Usually among the teachers and scientists it is common to think that the schools starts wrong reading process and in the older age some people try to change their skills. Why?

At the present time a young reader is a new type of a reader. Eventually the leisure interests of a child, informative purposes. Now the subject reading prevails above the free reading.

Some people wish to learn fast reading due to their job. Some people wish to develop their own abilities. The reasons of this wish are different. But every person goes to the only problem. How to make everything correctly?

Censorship. Good or bad

Recently I found a very interesting case in the internet. It tells about six young people from the age of 16 till 19 years old. They are convicted for the crimes and cruel actions against Jewish people. The court sentenced them to the imprisonment within seven years, but this case is twice awful as one of the participants is a grandson of a Holocaust victim.

As a matter of fact in some countries it is used to hide some historical facts. It goes from inability of the authorities to regulate social mind. Hiding the information and forbidding the facts which let people know the history of their countries; the authorities create ignorance in a society. That is why the young people grow absorbing only new tendencies and ideas without an opportunity to understand all the historical process in the whole. Censorship does not treat the social problems in such a way, but help to hide them and suppress for a short time. Of course, there is a variant that once the problems display themselves and it could end tragically. Censoring signals about weakness of a state and becomes a source of the developing the cardinal tendencies in a society. In spite of the fact that the word liberty is widely reported, sometimes the most important issues are hidden in order not to solve them. And visa versa, some troubles are on the top, but unfortunately there are not strength and desire to tackle a problem.
