Nowadays it is common to think that a computer supplants the books from an everyday life. But the thought that a computer and a book are on the different levels at the moment is incorrect. Actually a book smoothly flows in the internet.

Usually among the teachers and scientists it is common to think that the schools starts wrong reading process and in the older age some people try to change their skills. Why?

At the present time a young reader is a new type of a reader. Eventually the leisure interests of a child, informative purposes. Now the subject reading prevails above the free reading.

Some people wish to learn fast reading due to their job. Some people wish to develop their own abilities. The reasons of this wish are different. But every person goes to the only problem. How to make everything correctly?

Libraries

The libraries at the social establishments (the schools, universities, colleges etc.) are considered to be the centre and accumulation of the knowledge. In the modern society most time is devoted to the collection, processing and saving the information. That is why in the most countries of the world the libraries possess constant attention from the governments and science ministries. In some countries the libraries become the centre of the social programs connected with increasing of interest in reading. Usually the libraries are completed by fiction.

In South Korea the approach to this issue is more than serious. The social organization with support of the parents achieved realization of the national program of the libraries supplying during five years. How do you think which country has more public and home libraries?

The statistic says that about only third part of the families has their library with about a hundred books at home. Most families do not have any library at all.

Reading as a tradition, it goes from the family customs and school education. A society needs more and more educated specialists with a broad outlook. Of course, every person is able to open his mind. Unfortunately the modern education system allows only to seed ability to read, but a person is able to develop this ability into his skill by visiting the public libraries or collection his own home collection of the books. Of course, not only collecting, but reading them as well.
