If you are able to point out the most important issues of a book, an article or any other written thing, if you are able to cover most substantial information, no matter how you read.

With developing of the internet a person got an access to great volume of the information. As a life is not static, it is important to learn how to use innovations, more important than to discuss if it is needed.
