School mistakes

At the very school we start learning how to read. And only in the older age we understand that some things were missed, some knowledge was not learned and so on and so forth. Usually among the teachers and scientists it is common to think that the schools starts wrong reading process and in the older age some people try to change their skills. Why? The matter is that the reading school program is very limited. Only some minutes during a lesson the pupils learn how to read. Other time is devoted to the literature itself, history of the literature, learning the rules and so on. If people devoted more time to the correct technique of reading at school, they wouldn't have to make their abilities better after it. But it is the truth that we bring wrong reading habits from school, but we are able to change them in the older age. What are the main mistakes that we get at school on the lessons? First of all, the main disadvantage in the school literature program is that the lessons are not divided into the reading, literature and language lessons. Of course, in an ideal school, enough time is planned for developing all the skills in a child. But in practice the things turn out quite different. The teachers are not able to explain all the material on a literature lesson and take some time of a language lesson in order to complete. But in such a way they reduce time needed for another subject. It is a logical victim and the teachers are not guilty. Second reason is that an amount of students is in a class does not allow to devote enough time to every of them. So, losing precious minutes we have to fill in the gaps in our knowledge in the future.
